What are the responsibilities and job description for the Documentation Specialist III position at Brunel?
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
• Assist Department Manager and Auditor Leads with formal correspondences and Contractor Quality Kick-off Meetings, assisting Contractor QC and company's QA counterparts with Document Deliverable Tracker updates and status review, etc
.• Organize, update and distribute weekly Quality Department minutes of meetings
.• Organize and manage department files, retention and distribution of Contractor and company's NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and associated RFI’s
.• Facilitate distribution of quality documentation such as audit schedule, audit reports, corrective actions, engineering dispositions, etc
.• Maintaining logs for various documents issued by the quality department i.e., internal and external audit schedules, NCRs, CARs (Corrective Action Reports), PARs (Preventative Action Reports)
.• Participate as primary focal point for company's Quality Department and inter-office communications
.• Monitor company's QA/QC Personnel vacation/work schedule, communicating to personnel as required to aid in uninterrupted coverage at all work fronts, organize and develop a filing system for quick retrieval of documents and quality related correspondence
