Land Advisor / Representative III
Location: Spring, TX
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week
Contract Length: 6 Months

We are currently seeking experienced Land Advisors / Representatives to support a leading energy company in Spring, Texas. This position will focus on reviewing and validating company-owned mineral, royalty, and overriding royalty interests while supporting land administration, title verification, and agreement analysis activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review internal company records and courthouse documents to confirm ownership and status of mineral, royalty, and overriding royalty interests.
- Analyze leases, farmouts, overriding royalty reservations, easements, rights-of-way, and other land-related agreements.
- Verify production status and held-by-production status of granted agreements by depth and acreage.
- Review exhibit-level ownership data and ensure accuracy of land records.
- Coordinate title research, ownership verification, and title defect resolution activities.
- Negotiate and support execution of leases, easements, right-of-way agreements, and other commercial land agreements.
- Steward land contracts and agreements to ensure compliance and proper management of company interests.
- Support acquisition, monetization, divestiture, and risk management activities related to land and mineral assets.
- Build and maintain relationships with landowners, government agencies, partners, and service providers.
- Provide support for claims, disputes, litigation matters, and ownership-related issues.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and contract land personnel to support business objectives.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong experience in oil and gas land administration, title research, and ownership verification.
- Knowledge of title documents, courthouse records, easements, acquisition documents, alignment sheets, and lease agreements.
- Experience reviewing mineral interests, royalty interests, overriding royalties, and related ownership records.
- Strong commercial negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyze complex ownership structures and identify title issues.
- Experience supporting land-related risk management and compliance activities.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
