Job Summary:

Line Cooks work at all BMR F&B Outlets based on business need.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Cooking and preparing all menu items in accordance with standards set by the lead cook and Executive Chef
- Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line
- Food preparation and portioning prior to service
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment on your feet for several hours at a time.
- Ability to receive and carry out instructions and critical feedback.
Job Qualifications:
- Experience in full-service restaurant is desired but we will train the right candidate
- Understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment
- Task-driven individual
Other Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry 60lbs
- Ability to stand for duration of 10 hour shift
- References required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
