Sun Loan Company has served communities across the U.S. for over 30 years. We're looking for a motivated Loan Specialist in Temple, TX — someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and isn't afraid to pick up the phone.
What You'll Do
Process loan applications, handle customer accounts, make collection calls on past-due accounts, and keep things running smoothly when the manager is out. You'll also cross-sell products like tax services and referrals where applicable.
What We're Looking For
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Collections experience a plus (but not required)
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Strong communicator with good people skills
- Comfortable with basic math and data entry
- Organized, reliable, and a team player
- Bilingual English/Spanish
Schedule
- Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM–6:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM–12:30 PM (seasonal, Nov–Mar, rotational)
- Some overtime may be required
- No Sundays!
