What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispatcher position at Brundage Bone?
We are seeking a Dispatcher to work full time night shift
IN OFFICE M-F, in Grand Prairie, TX. There may be days that will be longer hours, you will need to be somewhat flexible.
MUST be able to MULTITASK! You will be working off two monitors at the same time. Will have multiple phone lines to manage and assist customers with orders, salespersons with call in orders and get operators to their destinations. Will also be monitoring TEAMS groups for orders and information.
Must be able to read and understand a map and find information on the internet. Must be able to think quickly and react. Attention to detail is crucial! Will order permits for pumps to travel in different states, keep to Federal DOT regulations with HOS.
Must be able to type quickly while on a call and have good computer skills with a willingness to jump in and learn. Must be prompt, reliable and dependable and have good memory skills.
Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
Will go through background checks and drug screen. Starting pay will be based on experience.
