Position Summary

This position performs a variety of labor duties in support of daily operations, including jobsite assistance, equipment support, material handling, and general maintenance. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, reliable, and willing to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform general labor duties at jobsites and company facilities.
• Assist with setup, cleanup, and maintenance of equipment.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and supplies.
• Support operators and drivers as needed.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and DOT regulations when applicable.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Work effectively as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Good driving record required.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including a motor vehicle record review, as permitted by applicable law.

Preferred Qualifications

• CDL Class A or CDL Class B.
• Construction, concrete, transportation, or heavy equipment experience.
• DOT Medical Card (if applicable).
