Brundage-Bone Concrete Pumping is seeking a motivated Line Pump Operator to join our Portland team. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects ranging from residential placements to large commercial construction jobs.
We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn and grow within the concrete pumping industry. Previous construction, equipment operation, or heavy equipment experience is preferred but not required.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain line pump equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment.
- Set up and break down equipment at job sites.
- Assist in maintaining hoses, pipes, and related pumping equipment.
- Support boom pump crews and other operations as needed.
- Assist with yard, shop, and equipment maintenance duties when workload allows.
- Follow all company safety policies and customer site requirements.
- Provide professional customer service at all job sites.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record required.
- CDL is not required.
- Heavy equipment, construction, concrete, or equipment operation experience is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to work overtime as business demands require.
- Strong attention to safety.
- Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
