Key Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and deploy LLM-powered tools and agentic workflows for front-office use cases
- Integrate AI solutions into existing analytics, data, and trading infrastructure
- Partner with product, quant, and business teams to turn AI concepts into scalable production tools
- Drive firm-wide AI adoption by contributing to reusable frameworks and best practices
- Navigate banking constraints (e.g., model risk, governance) to deliver pragmatic, compliant solutions
- Act as a subject matter expert, educating stakeholders and influencing AI strategy across the business
Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with LLMs, agentic frameworks, and modern AI tooling
- Background as an AI engineer / technologist with a focus on applied, production-ready solutions
- Proven ability to Stitch together AI tools and infrastructure – integrating APIs, systems, and workflows rather than pure research
- Solid programming skills with experience deploying scalable AI applications
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or similarly regulated environments preferred (but not essential)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive adoption
- Pragmatic mindset – able to balance innovation with real-world constraints in a banking environment
