What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Finance Associate position at Bruin?
Currently working with a Project Finance bank in Miami that is looking to expand its team by hiring an Associate or Analyst. Given the team's lean structure, this hire will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the entire deal lifecycle. The role will provide exposure to sectors including renewables, digital infrastructure, infrastructure, and energy.
Responsibilities:
- Build financial models for project finance transactions across Power, Utilities, Energy, and Infrastructure
- Prepare credit applications for Project Finance transactions
- Assist in monitoring the financial performance of the portfolio
- Participate in sourcing of new deals received from banks
Requirements:
- Approximately two years of experience in project finance, gained within an origination, credit, or risk function
- Exposure to project finance transactions across sectors such as infrastructure, digital infrastructure, energy, or renewables
- Solid understanding of financial analysis and familiarity with reviewing legal documentation
