About The Role
- As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for preparing customer orders with accuracy and efficiency to meet daily production goals. This role involves physical labor, including lifting, stacking, wrapping, and operating equipment. You will be expected to follow safety procedures, maintain cleanliness in the workspace, and support warehouse operations through a variety of duties.
- Accurately pick and build products based on customer orders.
- Hand stack cases of products weighing up to 50 lbs. from floor to overhead in a consistent pattern.
- Shrink wrap completed pallets with appropriate labels and transport to loading dock using pallet jack or other equipment.
- Receive and verify incoming shipments, match packing list to actual merchandise.
- Pack, unpack, and mark stock items using tags, stamps, or electronic tools.
- Identify and report short-shipped or incorrect items to the supervisor immediately.
- Transport supplies, products, and equipment to designated areas within the warehouse.
- Verify stock counts and inspect items for quality, defects, or damage.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and encourage others to do the same.
- Operate warehouse machinery (e.g., forklift, pallet jack) as required.
- Perform other warehouse-related tasks as assigned by management.

- Comfortable working in fast-paced, physically demanding environments.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory systems (preferred).
- High school diploma or GED required, or equivalent work experience.
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience is preferred.
- Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus (certification may be required).
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, kneel, push, and pull for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly from floor to overhead.
- Ability to hand wrap and move large palletized orders.
- Must be able to work in environments with varying temperatures (hot or cool).
- Must be able to work overtime hours as needed based on business demand.
