We’re hiring a detail-oriented Production Planning Coordinator to help maintain our build schedule
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with customers to set and adjust production dates to meet commitments
- Update schedules when builds finish early or run late
- Collaborate with Engineers to ensure drawings are complete and approved before scheduling
- Maintain accurate production timelines using Oracle NetSuite
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (experience may substitute)
