I opened my agency in 2019 and currently lead a growing team of three, with plans to continue expanding. Before becoming an agent, I practiced law and am also a fantasy and science fiction writer, bringing a unique blend of analytical thinking, creativity, and communication into agency ownership. I’m proud to be the only double Ivy League graduate to own a State Farm agency in the company’s 100 year history, and I bring that same standard of excellence into how I build and develop my team.
Community and relationships matter deeply to me. I’ve served for six years on the Parent Board at Seattle’s Holy Names Academy for Girls and value long-term commitment, service, and showing up for others. Those values carry directly into our workplace culture.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Bruce Strothers - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
