Position Overview

We’re hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative who is currently licensed in Washington State (Property & Casualty). This role is ideal for a licensed insurance professional who enjoys helping customers and is comfortable identifying and asking for additional coverage opportunities. You will support existing customers while actively contributing to agency growth through cross-selling and referrals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service by phone, email, and in person
• Handle policy servicing: changes, billing questions, and general account support
• Support customers with claims questions and guidance
• Conduct proactive policy/insurance reviews to ensure clients have the right coverage
• Confidently identify needs and recommend additional lines (Auto, Home, Renters, Life, Umbrella, etc.)
• Generate cross-sell opportunities, referrals, and retention solutions
• Collaborate with the team to meet service and growth goals
  
  

Qualifications

• Active Washington Property & Casualty license (required)
• Comfortable discussing coverage and asking for additional business
• Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Professional, positive, team-first attitude
• Prior insurance or office/customer service experience preferred
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• $23.00–$25.00/hour (based on experience)
