What You'll Do (and Learn!)
- Step into the world of project engineering by reviewing and submitting shop drawings that bring designs to life.
- Keep projects moving forward by tracking submittals and helping build construction schedules.
- Manage and monitor installed quantities to ensure everything is on target.
- Learn the essentials of cost reporting, project tracking, and estimating to understand how projects truly come together.
- Become a go-to communicator by generating RFIs (Requests for Information) and engaging directly with customers.
- Support our field teams by helping solve design questions and customer needs in real time.
- Make sure contract requirements are met - and jump in wherever the project needs you.
- A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field - or equivalent hands-on experience.
- 0-2 years of experience (new grads encouraged to apply!).
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and an aptitude for picking up new software quickly.
