Essential Duties of the General-Purpose Manager:
- Team Leadership & Supervision

- Inventory & Supply Chain
o Coordinate with purchasing to ensure adequate stock and timely ordering of materials.
- Compliance & Safety
o Maintain proper documentation of all safety training, procedures, and incident reports.
Requirements of the General Purpose Manager:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certifications in industrial
- 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of processes, equipment, and best practices.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies is
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP or production management
Physical Requirements of the General Purpose Manager:
This position requires the individual to work in a factory/manufacturing environment. The
temperatures can fluctuate from hot to cold and the noise level is high. An individual in this role
will be able to walk, bend, stoop, twist, turn, climb, and push/pull frequently. With proper safety
equipment, an individual in this role may work above ground level (off the ground) occasionally.
An individual in this role will need to be always aware of movement and/or noises around them.
An individual in this role must move 25lbs frequently and up to 50lbs occasionally. An
individual in this role will remain stationary and move about the factory as needed per essential
duties of the position. An individual in this role will be an effective communicator verbally and
in writing, and this role requires individuals to read, follow and give written procedures to
employees with or without reasonable accommodations.
