STS Systems Defense, LLC (SSD) is a Government Consulting and Contracting firm supporting missions throughout the world. SSD is seeking a Resource Manager to join our team. The Resource Manager’s role is to provide Resource Management Services to the Recruiting and Retention Command at Camp Mabry, Austin, TX. The Resource Manager will provide services between the hours of 0730 -1630 Monday through Friday, except on recognized US holidays or when the Government facility/installation is closed due to local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar Government-directed facility/installation closings.

What You’ll Do:
- Produce Status of Funds Report (SOF) via General Funds Enterprise Business Systems (GFEBS), identifying IDOC errors and preparing notes for Monthly Joint Review Process.
- Provide products to the S8 OIC/ NCOIC to ensure proper fund sites are used for all mission travel; and to identify shortfalls in funding for travel requirements. Immediately alert the Budget Officer when issues occur.
- Analize reports and identify any, and all reconciliations with GFEBS, DTS, and other STANFINS (Standard Finance System) accounting data to ensure funds are not over obligated; and that correct funding sources and accounting classifications are used.
- Provide knowledge management for all STANFINS reports in accordance with DoDFMR Volume 5, Chapter 11(Department of Defense Financial Management Regulation).
- Coordinate with the Budget Officer to establish permission levels in DTS to ensure separation of duties when assigned as the Official Defense Travel Administrator (ODTA)
- When assigned as the ODTA, ensure that access and permission levels and routing schemes in DTS provide for review of travel authorizations and vouchers.
- 5 years in Resource Management Support, preferably with Department of Defense.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and organizational skills.
- High School Diploma required, associate degree or bachelor degree preferred
- Have a favorable background investigation or hold a security clearance and access approvals commensurate with the level of information processed or available on the system.
