The ideal cadidate will be responsible for managing leasing activities, providing exception customer service, and maintaining positive relationships with residents and prospective tenants. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to effectively negotiate lease agreements.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, tenants and prospective renters with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and other communications, providing prompt and accurate information.
- Manage rental inquiries and follow up with prospective tenants, showcasing available units and highlighting amenities and features.
- Manage the leasing process from application to move-in, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately, including processing applications.
- Ensure the office is organized, clean and welcoming at all times.
- Support the property management team with various administrative tasks.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any tenant concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, applications, and lease agreements through data entry in property management software.
- Stay informed about local rental market trends and regulations, included HCV compliance.
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to handle a fast paced office setting.
- Ability to handle conflict management situations calmly while maintaining positive relationships with residents, perspective tenants, visitors, and other team members.
- Prior experience in real estate administrative roles or property leasing environments; familiarity with landlord-tenant law is highly valued.
- Office experience involving data entry, filing systems, facilities management, and general administrative support.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
