Position Summary
Brownstein Group is seeking an experienced strategy director to work
across new and established client business and to help drive agency growth.
We're looking for a someone with a proven track record of uncovering fresh
human insights to anchor emotionally-compelling briefs – briefs that excite our
creative teams and inspire creative work that you can't ignore. Experience
working on integrated campaigns that include TV & digital video is a must.
The ideal candidate is a problem solver and leader who helps frame
opportunities on their respective accounts. They'll bring a perspective on
brands and consumers. commanding authority and respect based on the knowledge
and experience they bring to the table.
Core Responsibilities

Qualifications
experience at a creative agency
championing creative thinking and challenging the status quo
develop and apply primary research such as consumer insight surveys and
creative concept testing
executing measurement plans to assess the effectiveness of marketing
campaigns and brand health
willingness to move seamlessly between leading the conversation and
rolling up your sleeves to work alongside agency team members
