Strategy Development & Long-Range Planning
- Support the creation and evolution of the company’s long-term strategy and multi-year financial/operational plan.
- Lead deep-dive analyses on categories, trends, operations, and customer insights to inform strategic choices.
- Translate insights into well-structured strategies and recommendations for senior leadership.
- Own the development of financial models, business cases, and scenarios that underpin strategic decisions.
- Evaluate new initiatives and opportunities with analytical rigor and a customer-centric mindset.
- Develop clean, compelling presentations for the leadership team.
- Communicate complex ideas simply and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Partner closely with teams across merchandising, operations, digital, stores, marketing, and finance to drive strategic initiatives forward.
- Help teams translate strategy into structured plans, milestones, KPIs, and implementation approaches.
- Support change management efforts that enable new strategies, capabilities, and processes.
- Build strong relationships across the organization to foster alignment and momentum.
- 6–10 years of experience in corporate strategy, retail strategy, management consulting, or a similar field.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and financial modeling capabilities.
- Exceptional written, visual, and verbal communication abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.
- Passion for youth culture, value retail, and delivering a fun, engaging customer experience.
