Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled RV Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in RV repair and maintenance. This role requires a blend of RV experience, customer service skills, and the ability to diagnose and repair a variety of systems within RVs. As an RV Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers' vehicles are safe, reliable, and ready for their adventures.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on RVs including, but not limited to brake repairs, slide rooms, appliances, roof repairs and replacement.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues within electrical systems.
- Perform assembly tasks and equipment repairs efficiently.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various repair tasks.
- Plumbing repairs and installation.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients and team members regarding vehicle's needs and repair options.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall service quality and efficiency.
Experience
- Previous experience as an RV technician or mechanic is required.
- Strong understanding of diagnostics and systems related to RVs.
- Welding experience a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
