Responsibilities
- Assist crews with construction, restoration, and specialty contracting projects.
- Perform general labor tasks including material handling, site preparation, demolition, cleanup, and installation work.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Measure, mark, and cut materials accurately.
- Load, unload, and transport tools, equipment, and materials.
- Follow company safety policies and maintain a safe work environment.
- Work efficiently as part of a team to complete projects on schedule.
- Travel to project locations and work varying schedules as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous construction experience preferred.
- Ability to safely use basic hand and power tools.
- Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic construction math.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the United States.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work.
- Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Must have reliable transportation.
