Field Safety Coordinator
Based in Westfield, Indiana with travel to job sites throughout the state of Indiana and occasionally surrounding states.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Field Safety Coordinator to support and strengthen our field safety program.
Position Summary
The Field Safety Coordinator will work directly with field leadership and crews to promote a safe, compliant, and productive work environment across multiple construction projects. This role will be highly visible in the field and focused on training, inspections, documentation, and proactive safety engagement.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular jobsite safety inspections and audits
- Assist with implementation and enforcement of company safety policies and OSHA standards
- Lead site safety orientations and toolbox talks
- Support incident investigations and corrective action plans
- Maintain safety documentation, reports, and compliance records
- Work closely with field supervisors to identify and correct hazards
- Monitor PPE compliance and safe work practices
- Coordinate fit testing, training, and other safety initiatives
- Travel to job sites as needed throughout the region
- Promote a positive safety culture through coaching and communication
Qualifications
- 4 years construction safety experience required (willing to discuss experience)
- Must have OSHA 30 certification
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety standards
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced field environment
- Valid driver’s license is required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Experience in specialty contracting, concrete restoration, masonry, caulking, coatings, or similar trades is a plus
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude while demonstrating enthusiasm, passion, and empathy when working with field teams and leadership
