Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Field Service Engineer, based in Kansas City, KS, with opportunities for remote work. The role involves performing equipment installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support to ensure optimal operation of imaging systems. The Senior Field Service Engineer will interact with customers to deliver exceptional service, provide technical expertise, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Field Service operations with expertise in equipment installation, calibration, and repair
- Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Experience in performing Preventive Maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and longevity
- Exceptional Customer Service skills, with a commitment to providing a positive client experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
- Experience working with medical imaging systems is beneficial
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or equivalent work experience
- Willingness to travel within and around Kansas City, KS as required
