Due to continued growth, Brown’s Sales & Leasing is immediately hiring a Sales/Finance Assistant—an exciting opportunity to build hands-on sales experience while gaining exposure to the finance side of the business.

You’ll support our Finance Manager, build strong customer relationships, and gain hands-on experience with the financial side of operations—while being trained to step in and assist as needed. You’ll learn how to support our guests through every facet of their purchase, helping ensure a smooth and professional experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities
- Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Be the vehicle expert. Know the ins & the outs of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
- Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
- Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
- Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
- Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day
- Provide updates to the Sales Manager and Finance Manager regarding goals and progress
- Support the Finance Manager by assisting with the sales-to-finance transition process
- Help gather required customer documentation and ensure deal paperwork is accurate
- Fill in for the Finance Manager as needed to support customers, sales operations, and team flow.
Qualifications
- Available to work flexible hours & Saturdays
- Ready to hit the ground running on learning new products
- Fantastic communication skills with your customers
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
