TITLE: QC Inspector - Manufacturing
POSITION OBJECTIVE: Paper packaging manufacturer in Coppell is seeking a Quality Technician to check and monitor all the product flow throughout the plant to ensure compliance with company standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of quality control and/or production experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret information.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary to comprehend work instructions and company policies.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to problem-solve.
- Flexibility and teamwork are essential.
- Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
- Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations. Maintain departmental housekeeping standards.
- Perform inspections across all stages of production and warehousing.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and specifications.
- Evaluate data and draft reports, noting any relevant deviations from existing standards.
- Approve finished products by confirming specification, conducting visual and measurement tests; returning products for re-work; confirming rework.
- Identify areas for quality control improvement.
- Communicating quality or compliance concerns or abnormalities with urgency and accuracy to Management.
TRAINING:
- Must complete online and classroom training as required.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITY REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION:
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
VISUAL ACTIVITY REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION:
- High-level of visual awareness necessary.
