We are currently

transitioning our space into a brand-new concept, and we’re looking for

high-energy people to help us bring it to life once we open! We are moving

towards launching a spirited, Southwestern-inspired cantina that is heavily

BBQ-forward. The vibe is casual and modern, centered around the idea of a

community gathering spot where the grit of a Texas smokehouse meets the energy

of a Mexican cantina. While we’re evolving our identity, we’re dedicated to

keeping the quality- not just in the ingredients, but with our staff as well!

The menu will contain things like slow-cooked meats, Tex-Mex and Southwestern

inspired dishes, and some fan favorites from our other restaurants. This will

be a menu that is inclusive of gluten-free and allergen-friendly diets, so

we’re looking for people who are as committed as we are to providing a safe

environment for the guests who have these requests. On the bar side, we will

have many kinds of beers, a menu of crafted cocktails, and a heavy focus on

fresh margaritas. We need a team that is comfortable in a fast-paced

environment and genuinely enjoys the hospitality industry as we aren’t looking

for corporate robots; we want people with personality! Especially people

who can help us establish a new culture from day one, and people who can make

the workplace feel like a haven, rather than a chore. Even if you come into

your position not knowing everything, we provide plenty of training and

coaching to make sure that you feel confident- because when you’re confident,

you’re successful. We’re looking for adaptable people who have a willingness to

learn, grow, and evolve, so that we can foster a healthy, productive, creative,

and collaborative environment! Whether you’re working the pit or the front of

house, our number one goal is to provide a relaxed but professional experience

for our guests, and a fun and profitable experience for our employees. So, if

Brown Iron Beer
We specialize in draft beer from American craft breweries. You can find a large selection of beers from Michigan and find drafts which you may not find anywhere else. Our taps rotate daily with a mixture of stouts, IPAs, porters, sours, ciders and meads.
Brown Iron Brewhouse is not only a tap house but also brews in-house as well with a variety of beers on tap. Each small batch uses the finest ingredients to create the best craft beer possible.
Smokehouse Cuisine
We said we love great food and we mean eat! We specialize in fresh food made daily. Enjoy our pulled pork, brisket, “beer-can” chicken or bacon smoked fresh in our smoker each day. Enjoy a fabulous salad, ground brisket burger or house-made pretzels. We specialize in Gluten free so you can find something for a special diet. Our dressings and BBQ sauces are made from scratch here at Brown Iron too!

Each week we host special tap showcase, beer education or beer and food pairings. Our staff is trained to help guide you through the extensive beer menu and can help pair food with your choice as well. We said we love great beer! Come give us a try!
