Must be efficient with plating of food and presentation.Must maintain a clean work stations and follow Brown Iron recipes.

Must be teamwork oriented and have a positive attitude. Must be able to be on your feet for extended periods of time. Must be able to bend, crouch, and lift 30 lbs.
