Wage: $24.04 - $33.65/hr

Location: 3500 20th St. E., Ste. C, Fife, Wa, 98424

Position Location: 100% Onsite

Position Status: Full Time/ NON-EXEMPT

About the Position

The Product Manager will lead strategy, development, and lifecycle management for assigned confectionery product lines across the Brown & Haley portfolio. You will translate consumer insights and market trends into compelling product concepts, manage the business performance of existing items, and collaborate cross-functionally to bring new offerings to market. This role reports to Sr. Marketing Manager and works closely with R&D, Sales, Operations, and Finance to deliver products that delight consumers and strengthen our brand footprint.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

  • Develop and execute product strategy and roadmap for assigned brands/products.
  • Partner with R&D to drive new product development, flavor innovation, and seasonal launches.
  • Conduct category, consumer, and competitive analysis to inform product direction and identify growth opportunities.
  • Build financial models and product business cases, including pricing strategy and demand forecasts.
  • Manage product lifecycle, including performance tracking, SKU optimization, packaging evolution, and cost improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on positioning, storytelling, consumer research, and launch plans.
  • Partner with Sales to support retailer sell-in, seasonal planning, merchandising, and trade program development.
  • Ensure packaging, formulations, and claims adhere to regulatory and internal standards.
  • Lead timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional communication to ensure on-time, on-budget execution.

Position Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Food Science, or a related field or equivalent experience. 
  • Related Experience:
  • 5 years of product management experience. CPG experience strongly preferred, confectionery experience a plus. 
  • Demonstrated experience with product lifecycle management and cross-functional leadership.

  • Collaborative working style and comfort working across multiple teams.
