Job Summary: Customer Service Representative will provide customer service to all Exell customers and provide administrative support to the Exell staff.
Shift time 7:30am - 4:30pm. Ridgeland, MS location
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Lives and models BROWN VALUES in everything we do.
- Answering numerous customer phone calls
- Routes incoming customer calls to appropriate departments
- Updates customer information in data base
- Records coffee and water inventory levels and submits PO to purchasing
- Generates customer invoices that need to be expedited
- Daily upload of documents to data base
- Sending out end of the day reports to field teams
- Assists in scheduling filter installations
- Inputs new clients into the database
- Assist customers with appointment requests
- Provides administrative support to all Exell staff
- Back up for Accounts Receivable
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds
Work Environment:
• Majority of work is done in the office setting.
Qualifications:- 1 year of office / administrative/ customer service experience.
- Ability to read and interpret documents
- Proficient computer skills and experience with Microsoft office products
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff
