As an Executive Assistant at BGL, you will be entrusted with a high level of confidentiality to provide administrative support to a team of bankers including senior leaders such as Managing Directors and Directors. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and must be able to manage calendars and travel for multiple Executives.

Full-Time Salary Range
$100,000—$120,000 USD

Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of the Executive Assistant include:
- Sending communications to potential clients on behalf of our Managing Directors/Directors
- Set up prospecting meetings with clients
- Manage domestic and international travel: airfare, car rental/car service, hotel, restaurant reservations, conference registrations, etc.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations for meetings and strategic planning
- Schedule meetings and conference calls
- Manage Executive contact lists
- Process expenses, keep expense logs and reconcile credit card statements
- Ad hoc project-based work
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 4-5 years of prior administrative support experience
- High attention to detail
- Ability to keep confidentiality and maintain discretion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional self-motivation and a drive to achieve excellence
- Team player
