Seeking a TS-cleared professional with good administrative skills that wants to work and grow within the field of Facilities Management. No telework is authorized.
Required qualifications:
- Active Top Secret Clearance.
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Basic Knowledge Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Systems
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Must be dependable and reliable.
In this position, you will act as the point person for daily building operational checks, tracking of preventive maintenance, overseeing repair and maintenance, effectively communicating with property owners/GSA, coordinating vendor access to the building, issuing building card keys, and other administrative duties. Detailed knowledge of building systems is helpful but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
