Position Summary
The Executive Assistant & Ministry Development Coordinator provides high-level administrative support to executive leadership while actively coordinating BCDG's outreach, client development, and marketing strategy. This role bridges executive operations with client engagement—initiating and nurturing relationships with church and denominational leaders, managing presentation logistics, and keeping organizational data and projects seamlessly organized.
Executive & Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to the Sales, Consulting, and Executive team, including managing calendars, travel arrangements, expense tracking, and correspondence.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and gatekeeper for executive leadership with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare, proofread, and format executive documents, reports, board presentations, and consulting materials.
- Maintain detailed, accurate computer records and database entries for all communications, contacts, and operational tasks.
- Coordinate meetings, draft agendas, record minutes, and track action items to completion.
Ministry Development & Outreach
- Qualify prospective contacts through initial assessments and screening to determine interest, viability, and timeline.
- Establish, nurture, and maintain cordial, professional relationships with qualifying ministry leaders.
- Compile and track data for contract clients undergoing the Growth Positioning System, preparing materials for review and interpretation by the Consultant.
Event & Presentation Logistics
- Schedule formal presentations and conferences for the Consultant with qualified leads, managing all scheduling, venue, and technical details.
- Coordinate presentation logistics for Growth Positioning System findings and client-facing workshops.
Strategy & Material Development
- Evaluate marketing strategies, materials, and outreach resources; recommend modifications and improvements based on feedback and results.
- Collaborate on concept development for expanding consulting and marketing resources, including books, workbooks, and supportive ministry materials.
- Deliver reports to leadership detailing outreach activities, pipeline metrics, and growth opportunities as requested.
Other Duties
- Perform any other duties assigned to help promote the advancement of the companies’ mission.
Qualifications & Requirements
Skills:
- Strong CRM/database management and computer skills (MS Office Suite, contact management systems).
- Professional written and verbal communication skills tailored to ministry and executive environments.
- Excellent organizational skills, detail orientation, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Affinity:
- Familiarity with church structures, denominational frameworks, or faith-based consulting is highly desirable.
