Previous experience in sales or customer service is helpful but not required. Full training is provided so you can learn the product line, understand the customer service process, and build the skills needed to succeed in the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Explain products, services, and available options clearly
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Provide sales support and assist with customer inquiries
- Process orders, update records, and complete data entry accurately
- Follow up with customers and help maintain strong relationships
- Resolve questions, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner
- Escalate complex issues when additional support is needed
- Maintain a positive representation of the company and its brands
- Participate in product knowledge, customer service, and sales training
