Key Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys with all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, preparing subpoenas, managing discovery, filing documents, and maintaining case calendars (experience with TurboCourt, ECR, and Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure preferred)
- Assist with personal injury matters, including client intake, gathering and reviewing medical records and bills, communicating with insurance adjusters, tracking treatment, and supporting preparation of settlement demands
- Analyze documents to identify inconsistencies and conduct legal and factual research
- Maintain organized electronic case files to ensure accessibility for team members
- Monitor deadlines and proactively support case preparation
- Communicate with clients regarding case status and assist with discovery responses
- Support trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and coordinating witnesses
- Track billable time and prepare case status reports
- Manage phone calls, scheduling, and general administrative duties, including document scanning and preparation of engagement letters
