Detailed Description:
- Work hand in hand with clients and project delivery teams in the northwest to develop unique solutions that protect public health.
- Support drinking water treatment designs in the northwest including PFAS-related water treatment projects involving process selection, preliminary and detailed design, and services during construction.
- Prepare technical reports regarding water quality and regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate treatment approaches for water quality parameters, including constituents of emerging concern.
- Prepare and make presentations to clients and for professional meetings.
- Assist in developing and preparing process design drawings, specifications, calculations, plans, models, and other technical deliverables for a variety of water projects.
- Participate in professional organizations.
- M.S. or Ph.D. degree in related engineering field (Environmental, Civil, etc.).
- Experience with bench-, pilot-, and full-scale treatment studies.
- Desire to develop strong project management or project engineer skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to conduct effective presentations and prepare written reports.
