Improves public image by direct efforts towards increasing patient satisfaction. Provides therapeutic recreational activities to patients and their families and increases overall well-being. Provides feedback to staff and management. Utilizes excellent customer service skills by responding to minor problems, requests, complaints, and unmet needs of patients and their families.

Education

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED
  
  

Experience

Required:

* Under One Year of Customer Service experience*

*Hospital or Healthcare experience is highly desirable*
