What You'll Do:
โ Lead and support a high-performing team of Labor & Delivery nursing professionals
โ Partner with the Unit Director to oversee clinical and operational excellence
โ Coordinate staffing, patient care delivery, quality initiatives, and team development
โ Serve as a leadership presence across shifts while fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability
Required Qualifications:
โ Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
โ Active California RN License
โ BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
โ Recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting
โ Charge Nurse or Relief Charge Nurse leadership experience within Labor & Delivery
