Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant at Brotherly Love Real Estate in Philadelphia, PA. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing executive-level administrative tasks, create verbiage and content for listings, help generate company reports, transaction coordinator tasks with active deals, post on social media, and other administrative duties.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support
- Proficiency in managing Expense Reports
- Administrative Assistance expertise, including organizational and scheduling skills
- Excellent Communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Experience using office management tools and software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in a real estate or executive setting is a plus
