JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for managing the art, design, creative copywriting and video production and staff creating
materials for print, web, video and other channels within marketing. Responsible for managing the
company’s creative and visual communications operations across all media channels.

- Oversee and manage development of all creative work and output including but not limited to
print, digital, video, social, and graphic elements. - Lead and manage the creative services department staff. This includes professional development,
goal setting, and recruiting and hiring of staff. - Collaborate with other marketing department managers to ensure alignment and unity of
marketing goals. - Stay abreast of creative, cultural, and contemporary trends that might affect creative processes,
technology, and, ultimately the company. - Complete other projects as assigned.

- Proficiency with software applications such as Photoshop, InDesign, Flash, Adobe Creative Suite
and Microsoft Office. - Must be highly organized, flexible and able to meet deadlines as prescribed.
- Must possess strong collaboration skills and interpersonal skills.
- Must be strong at ideation and conceptual thought and able to communicate those ideas and
concepts. - An intimate understanding of design, copy and web best practices/guidelines.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- A strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts.
- Strong persuasive skills.
- Ability to create integrated campaigns across all media channels.
- Experience in video, print, digital, and social.
- Effectively interface with external contacts, Brotherhood employees, managers, and department
staff members.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
List Degree Requirement, Years' Experience, and Certifications
- B.A. or B.S. in any major relevant to graphic design and marketing communications effectiveness
(includes graphic design, journalism, communications, English, and public relations). - Minimum three years’ experience developing marketing or communications for print and online
publication, experience in graphic design, Web design, and marketing communications. - One to three years’ experience in a managerial or lead role with supervisory responsibilities.
- One to three years’ experience in overseeing photography and video production shoots.
- Advertising agency or relevant in-house creative experience is desired.
- Creative industry awards are desired.
- Five or more years’ experience working in a marketing communications department, agency is
desired. - Two years or more in a creative leadership role is desired.
