ELIGIBILITY/REQUIREMENT(S): Must actively be working toward a bachelor's degree.
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for providing specialized assistance and support within the department. Responsible for completing projects of a more advanced and technical nature within a department.
POSITION ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Perform requested research and analysis for special projects.
- Assist with planning and execution of special projects.
- Deliver high-quality, timely work for all projects.
- Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure projects align with the company’s strategic business goals.
- Work with advanced systems and software as needed to complete assigned projects.
- Participate on cross company teams as requested by the manager or VP of the department.
- Complete other projects as assigned.

- Advanced knowledge and experience working with the computer and various software systems.

- Effectively interface with external contacts, Brotherhood employees, managers, and department staff members.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Must hold high school diploma and actively working toward a Bachelor’s degree.
- Advanced education in related field is desired.
- One year of general work experience is desired.
