Minimum Qualifications (Required)
- At least 5 years of commercial cleaning or janitorial experience
- Previous employment with a professional, established cleaning company
- Strong eye for detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable and consistent work ethic
- Must have reliable personal transportation to travel between job sites and transport basic cleaning equipment
Compensation & Scheduling
- Starting pay: $18–$20 per hour, depending on experience
- 20–40 hours per week, based on availability and preference
- Must be open to a flexible schedule, including weekend availability
Key Responsibilities
- Complete commercial cleaning tasks according to company standards
- Follow structured systems, processes, and checklists
- Ensure consistent, high-quality results across all assignments
- Work both independently and collaboratively with team members
