Residential Cleaning Technician

Starting Pay & Schedule:
$17.00–$18.00 per hour, plus tips and bonus opportunities
- Starting pay is based on availability and willingness to use your personal vehicle for travel between client appointments
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Typical schedule: Monday–Friday during daytime hours
- No evenings, weekends, or overnight shifts
What You'll Be Doing:
As a Residential House Cleaner, you'll work with a team to provide professional cleaning services in our clients' homes. Daily responsibilities may include:
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common living areas
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Following company cleaning procedures and quality standards
- Reviewing daily schedules and job notes
- Maintaining supplies and equipment
- Communicating professionally with clients and coworkers
- Recording basic job information, time worked, and payments when applicable
- Ensuring homes are secured properly before leaving
Some team members may also assist with new-client walkthroughs and estimating appointment times.

Vehicle & Travel Information:
Employees must travel between multiple client homes during the day.
- Personal vehicle use is preferred and may qualify for a higher starting wage
- Mileage reimbursement provided at $0.725 per mile when using your own vehicle
- Paid drive time between appointments
