Responsibilities:
- Responding to member inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
- Maintaining accurate member information in our database
- Preparing and processing membership applications
- Resolving member complaints and issues in a timely manner
- Providing information on membership benefits and services
- Assisting with membership renewals and upgrades
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure member satisfaction
Available Shifts:
Johnson City:
Monday-Friday 5:45am-9:00am
Monday-Friday 9:00am-1:00pm
Tuesday-Friday: 5:00pm-9:00pm
Saturday: 7:45am-12:00pm
Binghamton:
Sunday: 9:00am-12:00pm and 12:00pm-4:00pm
Monday-Friday: 3:00pm-8:00pm
Salary:
$17.00 per hour

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 years of customer service experience
