What You’ll Do

As a Housekeeper, you’ll play an important role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents, families, and guests.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning resident apartments and common areas according to established schedules

• Performing housekeeping and janitorial duties throughout the community

• Completing minor repairs and other maintenance-related tasks as assigned

• Monitoring housekeeping and laundry supplies, chemicals, and equipment

• Reporting supply needs and ensuring appropriate inventory is maintained

• Logging janitorial and repair requests and following up to ensure they are completed

• Providing laundry services as needed

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting environment for residents

• Providing friendly, respectful, and exceptional customer service to residents, families, and team members

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, detail-oriented, and takes pride in making a difference.

The ideal candidate:

• Has previous housekeeping experience; senior living, healthcare, hotel, or similar experience is a plus

• Takes pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment

• Is reliable and able to work independently

• Has strong attention to detail

• Is comfortable interacting with older adults and their families

• Provides friendly and professional customer service

• Works well as part of a team

• Is willing to learn and contribute wherever needed
