Job Summary

Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas.
- Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing.
- Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or maintenance needs.
- Ensure that all cleaning equipment is used safely and maintained properly.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to meet health and safety standards.
- Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and storing linens.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns regarding cleanliness.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a seamless operation within the facility.
Skills
