$105,000 – 120,000 (D.O.E.)

A leader in digital financial services and banking is seeking a Senior UI/UX Engineer to join the AI Enablement team that is creating intuitive UI’s and AI-enabled features for numerous products and platforms internally. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Leadership & Mentorship: Establish and uphold high technical standards by leading through example. Foster the growth of new members by guiding in hands-on learning and development.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with teams across Security, Enterprise Architecture, and the CIO application spectrum to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.
• Design & Implementation: Develop solutions that assess and highlight the intrinsic value of service offerings, enhancing service line impact and effectiveness.
• Compliance & Security: Design automated processes that ensure robust controls for security, compliance, and audit requirements, maintaining an audit-ready posture.
• Continuous Learning & Innovation: Stay informed on emerging technology trends, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
• Strategic Initiatives: Lead efforts to refine our services and infrastructure, ensuring they align with and support broader business objectives.
• Agile Collaboration: Champion a collaborative development culture that aligns with our Agile methodology, fostering inclusivity, active contribution, and transparency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• 5 years building smooth intuitive application user experiences, either on-premises or within AWS.
• 2 years implementing cloud services, preferably AWS, utilizing Lambda, ECS Fargate, ALB services.
• Proficiency in UI/UX technologies (HTML, REACT.js, Typescript, Storybook)
• Understanding of APIs, JSON, and some exposure to ETL/ELT.
• In-depth understanding of AI principles, Prompt Engineering methodologies, and associated technologies.
• Demonstrated success in showcasing growth metrics to stakeholders in line with business directives.
• Comfortability engaging with executive and senior management, articulating technical strategies and results.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platforms is preferred.
• Preferred Certifications: AWS, Microsoft, JavaScript, Python
