WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Conduct lab-based experimentation and analysis related to RF signals, spectrum, and network infrastructure
- Analyze signal data including magnitude, phase, frequency behavior, and propagation characteristics
- Support development of data analysis pipelines and experimentation frameworks
- Collaborate across engineering, R&D, and testing teams to advance exploratory projects
- Document findings and present insights to technical stakeholders and leadership
- Learn and apply new tools, methodologies, and technologies in a fast-paced R&D environment
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering strongly preferred; Computer Science or related technical degree considered with strong EE fundamentals
- Academic or hands-on exposure to signals and signal propagation, Digital Signal Processing (DSP), RF systems or microwave theory, cellular or wireless signal propagation, or coaxial cable systems
- Comfort working with complex, physics-driven problems
- Strong analytical thinking and curiosity
- Coursework or projects involving Maxwell's equations or electromagnetic theory
- Bonus: Amateur (ham) radio background, RF testing or lab environments, exposure to DOCSIS concepts or cable network architectures, or early experience with machine learning, data analysis, or applied statistics
- Direct exposure to advanced R&D work that few engineers see early in their careers
