Responsibilities
- Support day to day sales and recruiting activities, working closely with Account Executives and Recruiters
- Assist with candidate sourcing, bios, internals, and submission support
- Participate in sales and recruiter training workshops
- Act as a BDR style partner to select AEs, including call list development and follow style partner to select AEs, including call list development and follow-ups
- Attend onsite client meetings and shadow sales professionals
- Help generate new meetings and support relationship follow-up
- Contribute to intern projects such as networking events, territory research, and process improvement
Requirements
- College junior interested in pursuing a career in sales
- Strong communication skills and comfort engaging with new people
- Coachable, curious, and eager to learn through hands on experience
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Professional mindset with interest in long-term growth (BDR, sales, or recruiting roles)
