We are seeking a Project Portfolio Manager to support the MSAT platform within Fortune 50 Pharmacutical company. These roles will focus on financial execution and project portfolio management, enabling scientists and engineers to concentrate on core technical work by offloading administrative and finance-related tasks.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing budgets, financial tracking, and approval workflows.
- Pharmaceutical or regulated industry experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with Planisware
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- English fluency required.
- Must be able to contribute immediately with minimal onboarding.
- Life science background strongly preferred
Responsibilities:
- Manage and track Capital Acquisition Requests (CARs) and related financial approvals.
- Oversee execution of project portfolio activities across multiple projects
- Utilize Planisware for project and financial tracking; maintain accurate reporting to leadership.
- Coordinate with platform leads and strategic operations teams to ensure timely completion of financial tasks.
- Serve as administrative facilitator focus on execution and reporting, not strategic decision-making.
- Follow up with stakeholders to secure approvals and maintain project timelines.
