About the Role:
Brooksource is hiring on behalf of a rapidly growing fintech organization that is transforming how small and mid-sized businesses manage their accounts receivable processes. This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you won’t just advise — you’ll design, build, and own the architecture of a critical enterprise systems ecosystem.
This role centers around Salesforce but extends far beyond it. You’ll have full architectural ownership of enterprise applications, including go-to-market systems, backend business systems, and the data infrastructure that connects them to a proprietary financial platform. With a strong foundation already in place, the organization is looking for someone to elevate the architecture into a scalable, enterprise-grade environment that supports continued growth.
This role partners closely with an Orlando-based team, so candidates must be aligned to Eastern Time Zone working hours.
What Success Looks Like:
- Quickly ramp on existing systems, data models, and processes while identifying opportunities for improvement
- Within 6 months, lead a large-scale rearchitecture initiative across enterprise applications
- Establish scalable data architecture connecting Salesforce Data Cloud to a modern lakehouse environment
- Improve development efficiency through modern tooling, including AI-assisted development practices
- Drive adoption of best-in-class architecture and development standards across the Enterprise Apps team
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead end-to-end rearchitecture of the Salesforce environment (data model, automation, security, UI) for a ~100-user org
- Own architecture across all enterprise applications, including GTM systems and backend business platforms
- Design and implement integrations between enterprise systems and a lakehouse-based data platform (ClickHouse, Apache Iceberg/Delta Lake)
- Audit and optimize legacy processes, workflows, and automation tools
- Establish and enforce development standards, governance policies, and best practices
- Evaluate and manage third-party tools within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions in partnership with Engineering and Revenue Operations
- Maintain clear technical documentation including architecture diagrams and integration specs
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience leading a full Salesforce rearchitecture or large-scale system remediation
- Ability to operate as the top architectural decision-maker (no layer above)
- Strong Salesforce expertise (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud)
- Hands-on experience with lakehouse/data architecture (ClickHouse, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.)
- Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Flow, and SQL
- Experience leveraging AI development tools to increase output without sacrificing quality
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Salto) and Git/version control
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, or payments environments is a strong plus
- Exposure to ERP/accounting systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, etc.) preferred
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: $175,000 – $195,000 (commensurate with experience)
